It's about a girl who finds herself happier out of her former relationship than she was in it.
When she breaks up with her boyfriend, she fears that she will feel weak, abandoned, unwanted and helpless, and that he will gloat over her fallen position. But instead she finds that the break has given her inner strength and made her a stronger, wiser, more confident person than she was before. She is singing to him telling him that he has failed to bring her down, and that she's a bigger person now than she was when she was with him.
