This is actually a tricky question, but I will explain as well as I can. I'm assuming you mean the first movement.
The score is marked Adagio sostenuto. The lowest extreme for Adagio is 66 bpm according to Wikipedia, so I'll take that as the tempo. It is in cut time so there should be two triplet figures per beat. Since most people seem to ignore the cut time indication and play it in 4/4 rather than 2/2 (cut time), this gives most interpretations one triplet figure per beat at 66 bpm. This is simply too slow based on the information in the score.
The Bee Gees song "Stayin' Alive" is 120 bpm in 4/4, so if you are caunting it in 4/4 it should be slightly faster than "Stayin' Alive." 66 bpm in cut time translates to 132 bpm in 4/4, about the same tempo as most Pop Music. The entire movement should take less than 3 minutes to play, not the 4-6 minutes you hear for most interpretations.

The texture of a piece of music is it's 'thickness'. For example, a music played by only a flute wouldn't be as textured as a piece of music played by an orchestra.
