It could be a treepie, or an ani bird (which has grey eyes).
Although the more usual suspects are the rook, raven, jackdaw, which are similar in colour and shape.
It could simply be a different sub-species of the crow you are use to seeing.
The trick is to listen out for their vocalisations.
