That beat is actually from two songs, from the same group, on the same album. The group is Dead Prez, the album is Lets get free, the first instance of the song on the album is called "Hip Hop", and I can't recall the name of the second similar track. The group is very cutting edge with their political knowledge and views. They are willing to say the things others think, but are scared too say, but they are very rascist, if you're sensitive to things of that nature than I don't recomend purchasing it, but the knowledge they speak is definite truth.
