Entirely at the discretion of the magistrate - HOWEVER - a minimum three points and a hefty fine would be a likely penalty !

A speeding ticket in Virginia for doing 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone will generally cost 75.00. You will also be responsible for court costs, and you will get points on your license. Since you were going 15 over the speed limit, you will get six points on your license.
An arm and a leg.
If I'm not mistaken, that is wreckless driving. If you have the time, you should try to take it to court and pray the cop doesn't show up. If not, depending on where you were when you were speeding, your ticket will be in the hundreds of dollars.
California has strict traffic laws when it comes to speeding. When caught doing 107 in a 65 mph zone, the price of the ticket is ten dollars per mile over the speed limit. This does not include the points off of the drivers license, nor the raise in the cost of insurance.
You'd certainly get points on your licence and a fine.
A Fixed Penalty Notice is what you would most likely be issued with for speeding at 70 in a 60 mph zone. This will cost £60 plus 3 points on your licence. A Court Summons might be issued if you were speeding at 86 mph or above in a 60 mph zone, or 96 or above in a 70 mph zone. If you have been issued with a Court Summons you could be fined up to £1,000, or £2,500 if speeding on a motorway, get between 2 and 6 penalty points and a possible disqualification.
i was doing 45 in a 40 will i get points
It depends due to the fact that said driver has broken two laws. Minimum of six penalty points is standard. However, as a Restricted driver in Northern Ireland, six penalty points will be enough to get his/her license revoked. Personally, "not enough" was my immediate reaction to this.
45 mph is the same as 45 mph. How can one of the two be faster?
6 months in jail plus a $2500 fine.
Your pace is 10.49 mph
The temporary spare is rated for 50 mph.
neither
Not a good idea.

minimum of $1000.
