A tambourine is a percussion instrument with no actual musical range. The frequency response of a tambourine without a head could be considered to be above 1Khz while a tambourine with a head would have a frequency respone above let's say 200 Hz with the head producing the lower frequency tones and the jingles producing the high frequency tones.

The bassoon's lowest note is a B flat - 2 ledger lines below the stave in bass clef (or the A below that if you stick a rolled up bit of paper in the end), and it can play up to an E at the top of the stave in treble clef. That's about 3 and a half octaves

The pitch range of a bassoon is low B Flat, one octave below 2nd line B flat, unless you have an extension to create a low A, to high E, two octaves above 3rd space E, but you can only do it if you have a high E key above the E natural hole on a bassoon. The highest note that student bassoons can go up to is high D, two octaves above 3rd line D.

Whatever the range of your voice is, limited by what the kazoo can vibrate to. From what I've encountered, this seems to be C5 (an octave higher than middle C).

Is the oboe d'amore higher or lower in pitch than the orchestral oboe?

The oboe d'amore is in A; the oboe is in C. The oboe d'amore is a minor third lower in pitch than the oboe, however typically music for the oboe d'amore is written so that oboe fingerings may be used (in other words, the note A is printed as a C, so that the player uses the oboe fingering for C but the note sounds a minor third lower).
