My speech teacher had a few things that helped

1. Let your butter flys fly in formation - Use your anxiety and excitement about the piece give you passion about your presentation.

2. Your audience wants you to do well, no body wants to hear something bad so assume they are on your side it will add to your confidence.

3. Pratice, repetition Your brain forms nurological connections every time you do something, so engage in the activity of what you will be prosenting. It's not the same to read it over in your mind make it an action. The more you have praticed before the more natural it will come. Just the same as frequency the more offen your in public proformance the more acustomed you will become to it.

4. Breath - it supplies oxgyen and has a calming and relaxing effect besides that it's one of the most natural things you can do.
