Don't Jump (aka Spring Nicht in German) is an anti-suicide song. Bill Kaulitz (the lead singer/song writer) doesn't want to see more teens commit suicide so he wrote this song. They claim it as their 'Most Important' song, and for what it is, it is an important song.
In this song, Bill trys to persuade the person who wants to Jump not to, but in the end fails to. The last 2 lines of the song indicate that cos he has failed to stop you, he will jump for you 'And If all that can't hold you back, then I'll jump for you'. But in the videos, the German version, the guy (who is Bill) jumps, and the English video, he doesn't, but at the end of each video, they put the part when a tear falls in reverse, this shows that Bill has succeeded.
Hope I have helped =]
