Thomas DeCarlo Callaway (born May 29, 1974), better known by his stage name Cee-Lo Green or simply Cee-Lo,(also a member of rap group "Gnarls Barkley").
The song is titled, "F**k You" , but there is a radio version titled "Forget You" and was performed on live on "The Colbert Report" only after a dialog between Green and Colbert, where they agreed to change the title and chorus from "F**k You..." to "F-O-X N-E-W-S."
