30psi for normal day to day use but anything above 20psi is fine. 35psi for fast motorway use particularly if heavily loaded. If stuck in soft ground drop all four wheels to 10psi and proceed with no wheel spin. But ALWAYS keep the four wheels at the same pressures, whatever it may be.
