It is in fact Dvorak's 9th Symphony (not 5th) that is his "New World Symphony" and his last.
The recording with the Cleveland Orchestra, under George Szell, is widely respected, if not rated in the topmost echelons. Reissued severally on the Sony/BMG label, it is a solid version, last issued at a retail of £5gbp but not always available.
