You can buy your own Vinyl Lathe. They are very expensive ($5,000+) and require special vinyl blanks. Some fit over standard turntables and some have their own platter. Neumann, Vestax and others make (or made) them.

You can by vinyl record albums of many current releases. Phonographs (record players) are still made by many manufacturers.
I'm not sure if it was made available to the public but they had many 45 RPM versions on Green Vinyl but they were for jukeboxes.
