Could be a restricted catalytic converter
A restricted cat would cause a loss of power but not the vacuum leak sound. I would look into the Idle Air Control Valve-IAC, battery voltage, and O2 Sensor. The IAC controls the amount of air bypassing the throttle body, though it is likely the IAC is not the real problem. A low battery voltage on starting can cause improper IAC calibration. A bad O2 sensor will also cause problems and turned out to be the problem on my truck.
The headliner needs to come down. Then make sure the glass is on the track and locked in place. Then check the wiring on both the switch and the motor unit. Also check the fuse. If push come to shove you may have to replace the drive motor. The other possibility is that the rubber washers that mount the motor have decayed from heat and vibration and the motor is arcing in some metal. If all else fails or you just think its too much trouble, take your Jeep to someone that fixes electric windows.
Motor behavior refers to the study of how we plan, execute, and control movements. This field examines both the physiological and psychological factors that influence movement, such as muscle coordination and cognitive strategies. Understanding motor behavior is essential in areas like sports science, rehabilitation, and developmental psychology.

this could be a vacuum problem directly behind the plenum, that's the large manifold on top of the motor by the way. to be thorough, pull off the vacuum line lead and then try starting the car... if it starts you know that there is a blockage in one of your lines. problem solved..
