MIDI is a standard interface so all MIDI devices communicate with one another in exactly the same way; there is no "best". You can connect the EZ-200 to any other MIDI-enabled keyboard and use one to trigger the other. Alternatively, if you have a MIDI sequencer on your computer you can connect the keyboard to it via a suitable MIDI-to-USB adaptor. This makes it much easier to store and retrieve performance and settings data. For more information on using MIDI, consult page 54 of the EZ-200 user-manual.
