The next note above a D is always an Eb.
High D is 1st valve.
hold down valves 1 and 3
2-3 below the staff, 2 on the fourth line. It's the same note as E-flat.
Using lots of air pressure and practice. I have a friend who can play high f on the trumpet on a 7c mouthpiece. It is possible and i have gotten to a d just keep trying !!
Trumpet its the The piccolo trumpet normally in B♭ It is, however, rarely written for specifically; it is often just used at the player's discretion to cover high material as appropriate as is the soprano trumpet normally in D

It depends if it is a high d:start with an a note, pull off the b note so you have a C note then pull of your thumb thts a high d.A low d is all your fingers together and it ends with a pinkie when you have no more you have succeed in the d note
What it is a high note With d and a low note c
