The fallopian tube is cut, tied, clamped, cauterized or plugged during a tubal ligation.

it is important that the woman understand the permanent nature of tubal ligation as well as the risks of anesthesia and surgery. Her medical history is reviewed
Tubal ligation is not 100 percent effective, although it is nearly so. However, one ramification of the surgery is that periods can be irregular.
Do you mean intrauterine insemination? With this procedure, semen/sperm is placed inside the uterus by a small flexible catheter that goes into the vagina and through the cervix. Tubal ligation involves blocking the fallopian tubes, making it nearly impossible for an egg to reach the uterus, and also nearly impossible for the sperm to meet the egg. So intrauterine insemination would not be helpful after a tubal ligation. The two options for pregnancy after tubal ligation are IVF or tubal reversal.
Tubal ligation cannot be reversed by diet, only by surgery.

A woman menstruates after a tubal ligation just like she would before she had this done. After the tubal ligation the ovaries still work the same as always and the uterus still responds the same way to the hormones to plump up and then shed when pregnancy doesn't occur. All tubal ligation does is cut or seal off the fallopian tubes so that the sperm cannot get to the egg to conceive.

Yes
You have to take birth control because, if you got preg. once after tubal, then it means the tubal failed and you have a chance to become pregnant again. Of course, if you want to get preg. again, don't take the birth control!
Yes, it's called in vitro. Although sometimes the tubal ligation doesn't work perfectly and a woman can become pregnant.
my sister got pregnant after a tubal it was almost 7 years to the day she had three boys crazy thing is she had a girl with this tubal failure so she was blessed
it is the process of cutting the fallopian tubes of the woman.

About 1 woman out of 200 will become pregnant following a tubal ligation. Not very good odds. If you are seriously considering adding to your family I would suggest speaking with your OB/GYN about other options, including tubal reversal and ova retrieval.
