There are fourteen 18 guage wires. They are as follows:
Orange & Orage/White: Lights & Dimmer
Yellow: Battery
Red: Ignition Switch
Blue: Remote Wire for Stereo
Black: Ground Wire
2 Greens, 2 Purples, 2 Greys, 2 Whites: These are your speaker wires and should be labeled accordingly (Front/Rear-Left/Right).
There are two sets of RCA cables:
Yellow goes to your auxiliary, such as an iPod jack.
Grey goes to your amplifier.

The remote wire is not hooked up. It should be a small blue wire, just take the radio out and hook thise remote wire up and then the radio should turn off when the car is turned off.
that wire is for the radio dimmer. when you turn on your headlights the radio dims so your not blinded at night. Some aftermarket stereos have a place to hook this wire up and some don't.

The 2001 Dodge Neon standard radio is grounded to the radio retaining screws. When you install the radio simply attached the ground wire to the radio retaining screws.
