If it hurts you to spend time with this friend knowing that she/he is now invloved with your ex--the solution's simple (although it may not be one you like)--don't spend time with her/him. Move on with your life. Get out there and meet new people. Chances are, you will find someone else and the ex will no more than a distant memory.
