Expect to see a show like you have never seen before or never will again. It was the most elaborate stage show ever, from the building of the wall to the 3D projections on the wall and background screen. Musically it was right on, Roger still has it. I hope he does this again, it was well worth the $207.00 I paid for my 15th row main floor seat.
he was 36
The wall was actually a manifestation of Pink Floyd were experiencing between them and their fans. When fans started coming to live gigs only to smoke dope and drink, without understanding the music that was being performed. There was a specific event when Roger waters actually spit a fan in the face. That's what inspired The Wall. This wall that was building up between them and their fans. Also the wall is partly autobiographical of Roger Waters' early life when he lost his father in WWII and subsequently how his life changed. check out www.thewallanlysis.com
Roger Waters' performance of The Wall on July 1 took place at PNC Park, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The concert was part of Waters' extensive tour featuring the iconic album. PNC Park is known for its stunning views of the Pittsburgh skyline and the Allegheny River, making it a picturesque venue for live music events.
No Actually he does have children. Harry Waters, his son, is currently touring The Wall Live 2010 with him. His daughter, India Waters is a model I believe.

Roger Waters. It's the first line in Pink Floyd's song ''The Trial'' off the album ''The Wall''.
The Wall represents a social barrier from the rest of society; isolation. Roger Waters wrote this album focusing on the way he felt after his father died at war.
