Trivium is an American heavy metal band, and has many influences in that particular genre. In particular, one can hear a clear influence from Metallica and Machine head.
there is no release on why they named their band trivium
they became a band at the year 2000 if I'm not mistaken.
They were inspired by the bands, 'Metalilca' and 'Nirvana.' So that's the closest band(s). Well Bullet for My Valentine was only influenced by Metallica and Nirvana...I don't think they really sound alike at all. Some say Trivium but Bullet and Trivium IMO sound nothing alike. My best bet would be Black Tide.
everyone has their own opinion but I personally haven't heard of them!
in my opinion none bullet for my valentine is the best band ever

No, Trivium is not a satanic band and none of the members worship satan. Trivium's lyrics are mainly about mayhem, suffering, internal struggles, and, while only a few songs have this kind of lyrics, christianity.
