The wizard does not seem to really want anything; other characters in the movie go to him, asking for help, but he isn't asking anyone for anything. Seemingly, all he wants to do is to work at the career he has chosen, which is that of carnival magician. In Oz he gets taken more seriously than he was back home, but his work is essentially the same.

A brain. The Scarecrow believed himself to be lacking in brains. But there were a number of instances in which he showed that he had a mind and knew how to use it. For example, he realized that the deep ditch was too wide to be jumped over, but not too wide to be leaped over by the Cowardly Lion carrying passengers on his back, one-by-one. And he figured out how to kill the crows that the Wicked Witch of the West had sent to destroy the Scarecrow and his four companions.

A heart, but at the end he finds that he already has one.

The tin man wanted a heart. Of course first he needed his oil so he could move.
