BBC7 is a solely digital service, so the wavelength isn't really appropriate - you can receive on a DAB radio channel 12B (which operates on BAND III - 174 to 230 MHz), digital satellite (channel 0131), Freeview (channel 708), Tiscali TV (633), Virgin Media (910) or via the Internet (www.bbc.co.uk/bbc7).
Depends which country/county you are in. Anywhere from 88-91 FM should see you right.
BBC 6 Music is only available on DAB Digital Radio, which does not use wavelengths and bands.
BBC Radio 5 live can be found on AM 909 or 693.
BBC Radio 3 is broadcast on frequencies between 90.2 and 92.6 MHz.
It depends where you are in the UK. BBC Radio 1 broadcasts between 97 MHz & 99 MHz on FM.
