Made in Japan, 2007ish. If you remove the neck there should be a date stamp on the neck heel and/or in the neck pocket that should display the year/month/day of manufacture.

you can call Fender inc (1-480-596-7195) who took over Jackson several years ago they have a PARTIAL database and are very helpful if Jackson kept a record of it.
If it's a used guitar, it may mean "excellent condition" and would not be part of the serial number.
