If 350 is your serial number then your Stratocaster was made between 1950 and 1954. You'll have to get the instrument appraised by Fender to get an exact year.
On a side note, if your guitar is in good condition, you may want to lock it away somewhere safe. Fenders that were built between 1950 and 1954 are extremely valuable.
I would highly suggest getting it appraised by a professional.
believe that would be a 2003 z= 2000 plus fourth digit not 100% , certain looked at minemy 2008 is z---8### my BRAND New is z---9###
It is Japanese E and then 6 digits so that makes it 1984-1987
1999
2002-2003 it was made , the series should be on the headstock of the stratocaster but worst case scenario bring it to a guitar shop and see what they think , as it's hard to tell you without looking at the guitar.
I searched online on fender for like an hour but I could not find it. Sorry :(

As far as I can work out after looking at the Fender site, your guitar was made in 1988. I don't know if it's the upgrade model. Hope this helps.
