No. Since Paramore's first album came out around 2005, they won't be able to even qualify to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for 21 years from 2009. All bands that get inducted into the Hall of Fame have to have made their first album 25 years from the year they qualify to be in it. For instance, in 2010, all the band who made their first album in 1985 are able to be inducted. However, their clothes from the Emergency music video were on display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006 as part of a special exhibit about Warped Tour.
The song Misery Business written by American rock band Paramore was released in 2007. This song was a single from their album called Riot! and landed as a hit in America.
