As of right now (November 2011), no plan has been announced yet. Her Speak Now tour will conclude on March 18, 2012. Then she'll get her next album out "within a year". She told MTV news that there will be a few surprise projects next year but didn't mention a tour.
With that said, if she keeps the momentum going and maintains more or less the same schedule, we can expect her next tour in the middle of 2013. (Fearless was released in November 2008, and Fearless tour spans 2009~2010; Speak Now was released in October 2010, and Speak now tour spans 2011~2012.)
