I presume you mean "When I'm 64" by the Beatles? It was written by Paul when he was 16 - probably in 1958. Paul used to sing it as a corny "fill-in" song if there was problem with the amplifiers. It was revived in 1966 and named in honour of Paul's father who turned 64 that year.
