Do you mean Bagon? Or Shelgon? Bagon are found only in Pearl and Platinum and are found on Route 210 west near Celestic Town. In Platinum, they are found with the level(s) 29-29. In Pearl, they are found with the level(s) 26-26. Shelgon evolve from Bagon and are not found anywhere. If you mean Baygon, then you must know something- Baygon are not real Pokemon.
