It's really a Bermuda Triangle of East Coast Piedmont blues, ragtime and jug band. Of course, there is a slight bluegrass influence with Adam Hoskins flatpicking guitar licks. I don't hear much of a delta sound. The gratuitous use of the washboard and the kazoo are mostly characterized by jug bands like Mungo Jerry. I think it would be safe to call it "East Coast Jug".
