I went to the Derm about those. It's white blood cells trying to work their way out of your system cuz they can't get out any other way. warm washcloth & soap. == basically you knt squeeze them.. ther called milia spots.. u have to get sumthing sharp like a safety pin and just score it slightlythen squeeze it out.. it doesnt hurt.. if u do squeeze it with out scoring it first it will scar and my not go away coz itz hard inside.. hope it helped you!
