Each station transmits at a different frequency, and radios are very good at separating
signals with different frequencies.
Radios are specially designed to do that, because manufacturers assume that most
listeners prefer to hear only one station at a time. That's also the reason that the
FCC never licenses more than one station on the same frequency in the same city.
But if you want to hear them all at the same time, it wouldn't be too difficult at all to
build a radio that could do that for you. You could have a ball and knock yourself out.
Just think of the time you could save!

there's no station for radio Disney in Nevada u can only listen online or on your iPod, iPad, or iPhone with the new radio Disney app
Well, that's a problem. The only Radio Disney station in Virginia is in Richmond ... WDZY at 1290 AM ... but you'd probably not be able to hear it all the way over in Salem. Looking around the Salem area . . . -- There's no Disney station in West Virginia. -- The only one in Kentucky is in Louisville, which is also too far away to hear. -- The only one in North Carolina is in Charlotte ... also too far away to hear. I think that since you do have an internet connection to your computer, your best chance will be to listen to Disney Radio on-line. Go to the Disney website and it'll tell you how to do that.

Because different radio stations broadcast at different frequencies, and the radio tuner lets you decide which frequencies to listen to. Radio station owners have to buy the rights to use a particular frequency within a particular area. When you are driving sometimes you will hear two stations overlapping as you move out of the range of one station and into the range of another that is broadcasting on the same frequency.
The only way your radio has of separating one station out of the pile, and letting you listen to the one single station you want to hear, is by frequency. If two stations are on the same frequency, then your radio hears them both when it's tuned to that frequency. If there are 100 of them, you hear all 100. The result of that is . . . well, just listen to CB some time.

Radio station is based on radio frequency. if you want to grow your radio station then there are two important things to remember while promoting a radio station. 1. Radio is not a (direct) sale medium like TV or the Internet. You do not sell the product on air. You can only encourage people to call in, visit your website or ask their friends to listen to your radio station. 2. How good your ad depends on how much you spend on the airtime. There is no other way to get exposure for your ads. Therefore, if you are looking at a brand new radio station, then the only way to get the exposure is to spend more money on the airtime.
well it depends because it actually you're decision on what radio station is the best. If everybody agreed on the 'best' radio station, there would only be about one radio station in each city. (The people who owned it would be crazy rich from their rate card, and you'd be lucky to hear four songs an hour if you could pick them out of the commercials.)

The only radio station that plays any of Miley's songs is radio Disney. Other stations believe her music is only for tweens and teens only. You will have to find the station that radio Disney comes in in your state, but it will be on AM.
AM stations have a longer radio wave while FM radio waves are only set for a few cities. While you are traveling from Omaha to Chicago, you will probably be able to hear the FM radio until you get to Council Bluffs. If you are listening to AM, you will most likely be able to hear it most of the way there. This is because of the radio waves.
