I know that Dispatch has a book of music that you can buy off the internet on Sheet music Plus or something like that, because all of their music is only sold in Boston and not worldwide. On their book, I don't think that their is the song piano man, (their version at least) and so, the Billy Joel version, which happens to be the original is probably the only one you can purchase. Viola... I've been looking for this version too!:) most likely, musicnotes.com - great website!! If you want free printable/downloadable sheet music hit SheetzBox.com
Not that I know of, there are some sites that show the sheet music while a recording of it is playing in the background.

Firstly, sheet music availability can depend on the type of instrument you play. Your best chances of finding the correct sheet music for your needs is to go to a local music shops that sells different types of musical instruments and also sells accessories for those instruments. If they do not have the music in the store, ask a store assistant if he can check to see if the sheet music can be ordered. You can also perform a Google search online for Sheet Music and you should be able to find the sheet music for it, IF it's available for sale. I know there are a few websites that have sheet music available for piano players, but if you're looking for sheet music for a different musical instrument then your best to check with your local music store. If you don't want to waste gas going to the shop and asking. Call and tell them what you're looking for and ask if the sheet music is available for your particular needs.
