You really can't exactly go online or use a book with the manga in it to find out how to draw the eyes because it's Tachibana's own style of drawing eyes. Most people try to draw the eyes exactly like the characters depicted but instead they end up with a whole another way that they highly dislike. If you want a good hint; try giving the eyes the same look but curve it with your own technique. Look at NAtsume's eyes and then draw it without tutorials. That's the best way that you can draw eyes. However if you want to draw them exactly then draw the eyebrows first, the lids second, the outline third and then go down with that whole way; it's taking small steps you do one lid on the left and then draw it on the right and you just keep doing one thing and doing it on the same side.
