There's plenty of music sheet sites out there, some free, some not. Many classical pieces are sadly going out of print, but the most popular ones can be purchased at any local music store. Just search "sheet music flute" and watch hundreds of good results come up. 8notes is one of the better-known ones; it's free for most things and has a lot of music.
