I have it. It is out of print, so, the only option is to get hold of it from ebay or somewhere.

When I need any musical arrangement etc. of anything, I call a Music Store in the area that handles a wide variety of music (not just a small store that sells only instruments) and explain what you are looking for. OR access Hal Leonard Publications on your computer and you can probably locate what you want. However, a large music store is quicker and easier to deal with for obvious reasons. If you call ask for their person who deals with sacred publications. Good luck!!!!

"Hickory Dickory Dock" is a well-known nursery rhyme, but it is not typically played as a piano piece with specific notes. You can try playing the melody by assigning the lyrics to different notes on the piano. It may be easier to find a piano arrangement online or create your own based on the melody of the rhyme.

Check out www.sheetmusicplus.com. You might be able to find something there. If not, look into the Evola music store. Sometimes you just have to get sheet music the old fashioned way. There is a beautiful arrangement of a Christmas song explained in a video with the sheet music available I believe. http://www.beginnerspiano.net/beginner-piano/beginner-piano-christmas-song
Simple, it's orchestration. If the arrangement is for smaller groups or solo instruments with or without piano, it might be called instrumentation.
