Autobody shops have been recommended to me by many sources.
Artists and guitarist and music shops.
the guitar binding is the white or black line going around the edges of the guitar. It is traditionally a different color from the wood or finish of the guitar and is made of either wood, plastics, or in some cases just painted on.
A sunburst guitar is a guitar painted in a two tone color. On a cherry sunburst, the center is amber and the border is cherry red. Color doesn't effect the quality of the construction or sound.
A guitar made in Kenya. it is the only guitar made out of pie ---- This term may be referring to Tom Morello's Ibanez Talman guitar which is also known the "Kenyan" due to the fact that it is painted to match the flag of Kenya.

If you mean "The Guitar Player" ( or The Spanish Singer) by Edouard Manet, it was painted in 1861 and it now belongs to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY.
It is hard to say because the guitar you are talking about is obviously a "Frankenstein" guitar. I can't give you a price but I would make sure that whoever did the job did a good job on it. Generally, aftermarket mods on guitars are done horribly.

The guitar he used to record all his hits was (originally) a bronze Harmony H44 stratatone. Ritchie had painted it in his High School wood shop class using Chrysler forest green paint. the guitar used on the winter dance party was a stratocaster vintage sunburst given to him by Fender for the tour. I'm not sure about his others.
