Yes, there are several websites where you can find free sheet music for "Semper Paratus," particularly for flute. Go to sheet music link to download a free piano score. You will really get a free score. This is a copy of a very old edition of the waltz for piano. Go to page 4 (the second printed page of music) and you will find the melody notes, in the key of D. Have some fun and try playing the whole score, or parts of it.
MakingMusicFun.net features a collection of free sheet music for the recorder in the Free Sheet Music section of the website. In the Free Video Lesson section of the website you can find step-by-step lessons to help you learn several of the songs. See link below
It is fairly easy to find a free sheet music download of Bella's Lullaby, by Carter Burwell. Type "free sheet music Bella's lullaby" in a Google box and it should pop up with several options. As for the Twilight score (meaning all of the classical music you hear during the movie), you can order the Twilight Score Songbook on Amazon. I believe there are 10 songs, and you have the option of buying the normal version or the easier version of the songs.
.There are quite a few places to get free online sheet music for violin, a score is what the conductor uses to read all the instruments notes though. I'd suggest violinsheetmusic.org/ if you want free violin sheet music.

I think right now the only way you can get the sheet music for Twilight: The score is to buy it. I'm pretty sure we won't see it on the internet for free any time soon. But check online or your local music store, I'm sure they'll have it there.
