"Electric City" is a house brand, not the maker's name. The name tells us the gun was made for the Scranton, PA market, sometime after 1886 when Scranton adopted that nickname. The chambering also places date of manufacture c.1900 when the .410 was evolving out of .44 shot cartridges.
