he was actually very shy and quiet but he was already a writer and poet and everyone thought he was very talented and intelligent. He read a lot (there is one story that i heard from his sister in an interview that Jim just stood up in the middle of class and said something like "I have to go get a brain tumor removed" and just went to the library and read, he also apparently asked for the Complete Works of Nietzsche as a graduation gift). He was from a military household, his dad was an admiral, and I don't think he got a lot of attention as a kid from his father, and I think he appreciates women more than men because of this. All and all, from what I heard, he was very shy and sweet and creative
