∙ 13y agoWhen he was 19 (about to turn 20) he enrolled in the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Although he stopped going to classes mid-way through his first semester to make songs with his friends there Clay Cook and Matt Mangano. He was put on academic probation after the first semester and was kicked out mid-way through the second semester, but withdrew before he could be expelled.
