Only after you have downloaded an audio podcast or similar then Click on the music icon. If you have downloaded a WebCast then click on the Videos Icon. Once you are in the Audio app go to More button and this is here you will find what you have downloaded. In the Video app for the webcast will just be displayed for playing.

Well if you bought it from the itunes store on itunes than it should go to your downloads and after its done downloading it should go to your itunes automaticly. If you deleted it from your itunes you cant get it back unless you have the song in a document.
