Well the woods used (generally alder, maple and rosewood) come from trees. Where the wood comes from (country wise) differs on the models.
Pickups may come from third party manufacturers like Seymour duncan or dimarzio. Alternatively hand wound in some kind of Fender factory.
Hardware made at various factories. Using metals like nickel, chromium, etc.
ok im sorry but this isn't the best question i cant really awnserw your question with out knowing weither its a "squire" or a "American Standard" or a "Custom Shop" or a "Mexican Strat" look on the headstock you will see under the FENDER stratocaster logo there should be a spot that says: "Made In _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _" the after you have that go on Google and take the made in _ _ _ _ _ _ and type in "Fender _ _ _ _ _ _ Startocaster serial number look up" Hope this helps/
Yes , all you need to do if the guitar doesn't come with one is pay someone to drill out the inside of your guitar. I'd recommend just getting a guitar with one equipped with it as it will cost between 300 and 400 dollars to do everything I've heard from people online. if you're thinking of getting a whammy bar honestly go with a kahler, you can mount them right on the guitar and do everything even the best Floyd roses can

Because guitars, like houses, are worth more the more they age, this guitar will be vintage now, and will be worth more if it is a Stratocaster than a Telecaster (the strats were always more popular). I'd say, Stratocaster, somewhere between £850 - £5000 depending on the condition of the guitar, and a telecaster, £650 - 3000. Hope you found this useful (:
They come stock with Fender .009's but any .009 string will work.
1954
1975 or 1976 or 77 im not sure
The Fender Squier Stratocaster controller was released on March 1st, 2011.

Gibson , Fender , Rickenbacker , Gretsch are the major brands that I can come up with
Make sure it has working Battery's and then hold down the 'Xbox Guide Button.' ~This is the circular button with the big green X on a silver background.~ On the Sunburst Stratocaster Models that come with guitar hero World Tour, this button is next to the Tremolo Arm ( A.K.A Wammy bar).

Starcasters tend to come with odder parts and are made out of cheaper materials. So in the end it actually depends on what Squier model you want. Most of the time Squier > Starcaster
