**Edit** Actually, Kasane Teto is NOT a Vocaloid. She is an UTAUloid. There`s a difference. UTAUloid`s are like Vocaloids except they usually don`t sound as good and you can make your own UTAU with your voice. So yea ^^ Hope I helped~!
Another edit- Teto isn't an anime character, either. She's just an UTAUloid.

According to Utau wiki, Yes
I would think it would be Ted Kasane or Defoko
Kasane Teto and Kaito are both part of Japanese voice synthesizer Teto is from UTAU and Kaito is from Vocaloid they are both basically the same but UTAU is free and more robotic
31.
Kasane Ted is merely a voice modification of Kasane Teto. All you do is apply the parameter g+30 to any voice bank of Teto Kasane. He inherits any quality or properties Teto has--voicebox qualities, that is. Sometimes you have to download a separate program to make the voice less robotic and more musical.
The answer is no, Kasane Teto is not in an anime nor is she an anime character. She's a Vocaloid. There's a link to it in the related links. Also, Vocaloid is not an anime and Yamaha has no plans for making one but there is a manga called Hatsune Mix.
Teto's character item is, apparently, french bread. Note that Teto Kasane is not a Vocaloid, but an Utauloid for the free singing synthesizer UTAU. Since the Vocaloid and UTAU communities are closely related, Teto and other UTAUloids have many fans within the Vocaloid community and its not surprising to see many songs featuring Teto or other UTAUloids singing alongside their Vocaloid counterparts.

Nope, but accroding to the UTAU wiki Ted is her brother >^^<
No Teto is not a Vocaloid. I have heard before that She was made to be a prank. She is mistaken to be a Vocaloid. She sounds like a Vocaloid(y) software.
Because the data was removed from the official website by the creator... I think...
