You can order a violin online at eBay (from Mendini, they are best, in my opinion, as I ordered mine from them) or at your local music store, whether they have to order it or not.

You need to take your violin, strings and bridge to your local music store and have them set the strings and tune your violin.

You put the string end inside of the tiny hole inside of the pegs. Next you fit the ball end either on the levers or inside of the tailpiece. Wind up the pegs to the right pitch, and you are golden. Make sure that you tune your string constantly within the first 48 hours as the string with stretch.
