It won't say on the piano. you will have to find the serial number, which will be in several different places, and then look up that number. There are many websites including "the blue book of pianos" dot com that will have a locater to help you find the number and they will have a list of different manufactures serial numbers and the year that number was made.
The extant serial number list for Kimball would indicate it was built about 1904.

Depends. Who made your 1911? For a fee, Colt will research dates and original purchaser. But not all 1911s were made by Colt. PS- 1911 or 1911A1? Also you can check at proofhouse.com for list of dates by serial numbers.
