Look at the keys. You can see the black ones come in sets of three and two.
D is the white key directly between the TWO black keys.
Now go to the black key just to the left of the D key.
Or choose any of the left-most black keys of any of the sets of TWO black keys.
That is the D-flat key. I assume your Db was meant to indicate D-flat, because Db by itself is not a standard musical term that I'm aware of. It is, however, a very clever way of typing it here if you mean D-flat.
The piano only has ABCDEF and G keys and their sharps and flats. So they repeat up and down the keyboard.
they are two white space one in front of the halve of the piano and the other 3 space before
The concert Db (meaning, the sounding Db, like it would sound on the piano) is Bb. The instrument's Db is C#.
its a low "C" and a low "C#" or in other words its a "C" and a "Db"
Lower case b is not a note in music or on the piano, it denotes a flat note. It is normally after another note e.g. Ab Db. On the piano you need to play the black note to the left of the written note. For example the black note to the left of D is Db (D Flat). The black note to the right is called a D# (D sharp).

The three grouped black piano keys are F#, G# and A#, also notated as Gb, Ab and Bb. The two grouped piano keys above them are C# and D#, also notated as Db and Eb. The pattern continues for as many octaves as necessary. Given that bottom A is usually the lowest note on a piano, the first black key is A# or Bb.

You must find a resistance value for 0 dB as reference. If 1 Ohm = 0 dB then 10 ohms = 20 dB and 100 ohms = 40 dB.
