from the front of the engine you will find the PCV at the left rear end of the cylinder head cover(camshaft carrier)
its a black plastic item with a pipe/hose connecting it to the air filter to turbo hose.
The fuse for the fuel pump on a Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD is located in the engine compartment in the main fuse box. It prevents the pump from being overloaded and damaged due to a surge.

A 1997 Jeep 4.0L does not have a pcv valve. It uses an orifice in the top of the valve cover.
It's a chain.
The 2003 2.5 CRD Jeep Cherokee has a cam belt not a chain

Jeep uses an orfice line, not a pcv system. They can only be purchased at the dealer.
The Jeep 4.0 did not use a PCV valve. However, there is a fitting on the top of the valve cover at the very back of the engine that serves instead of a PCV valve.

The CRD is the Diesel version of the Liberty which all have timing belts with a 100K mile change interval. The only ones with a chain are the 3.7l v6.
