If you're talking about an OBD2 connector, it probably doesn't have one. OBD2 didn't become mandatory until 96. My 95 gc doesn't have one. You can retrieve the codes by cycling the ignition on 3 times in less than 10 seconds(on-off-on-off-on, wait for codes), then count the flashes of the check engine light. Each code will be 2 digits, when code 55 flashes, it's done. There will be a set of slow flashes to indicate the first number of the code, then a short pause, then the next quicker series of blinks will indicate the second number of the code.
Code 32 would be 3 slow blinks, a short pause, then 2 quicker blinks. Then there will be a longer pause to indicate the next code. The diagnostic plug is under the hood.
