Jacks for the Amplifier (if equipped), lights, volume control (if equipped), CD changer are all on the back. There is no standard 3.5mm head phone or USB jack available. You might be able to purchase aaccessories adapter through a few retailers. but in terms of everything stock, there is no extra jacks

No it does not...it has an input for the optional CD Changer in the rear of the car.
Im not sure where iy is on a 4.0L but if you have a 5.2L it is located on the right side of the engine under the manifold and above the starter. To get it out you have to jack up the frame and let the front suspension hang because the control arm is in the way.Hope this helps
