There's no such thing, that music is a standard, meaning they didn't write it per se, or score it anywhere. It's a common pattern like an 8 or 12 bar blues pattern, taught in schools and the like.

There are a lot of sheet music sites on line. For free piano sheet music you can also check. Just research 'free sheet music' and you'll find plenty of sites. Alternatively, you can buy sheet music off line at a music store/shop or borrow them from your local library.

You can download piano sheet music for Waltz of the Flowers at the Classical Sheet Music site (see link under Related Links below). All waltzes are in 3/4 time.
Just go on the internet, find the little bar line on the left hand side, then type in what you want, print it. Now you have your sheet music.
It was published by G. Ricordi & Co. Any good music shop should be able to get it for you. On line you could try the Juilliard Store. They have tons of sheet music.
